***The Student/Trainee/Resident Physician category includes undergraduates, graduated students, master students, PhD students, psychotherapy trainees, and resident physicians. Student/Trainee/Resident Physician must certify to be entitled to the reduced registration fee and provide a copy of student ID, a certification of enrolment or certification of employment during the registration process.

****Accompanying person can only participate in the social program activities listed below. A registered participant can only register ONE accompanying person.

Pre-Congress Full Day Workshop Registration

Pre-Congress Full Day Workshops will take place from 09:30 to 17:00 on September 4, 2024. VAT is included in the mentioned fees. Delegates can book to attend a Pre-congress workshop without attending the main Congress.

Payment Method

All fees include VAT.
Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment (please check your mail and Spam folder). Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.

Credit Card:
CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS (The online payment option will be available after the registration)
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank plus bank charges. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master, Maestro.

Wire Transfer:
BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT (Pro Forma Invoice)
All payments must be made in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who should pay in local currency (RSD). After submitting the form, an invoice with detailed instruction for payment by bank transfer will be automatically generated and sent to you via email. Please note that the last day for registering and payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by August 24, 2024. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System. All charges and fees associated with the bank transfer are to be covered by the payee.
All bank charges are paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
Remark: The total amount must be received in full, sharing bank charges is not accepted. If received amount is less, difference will be compensated on site at the registration desk in cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the secretariat via email at eabct2024@congrexpo.co.rs before August 1, 2024, 23:59 CEST. Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. EABCT 2024 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50 € per person until August 1, 2024 CEST.
After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available.
